Courses / Projects to IDD Competencies Relationship:
My courses and assignments from the Instructional Design program have provided me with a variety of knowledge and skills on implementing instructional design principles, which I have already started to benefit from in my current position and even personal life. The following table categorizes what courses contributed to what set of skills. The competency level is a self-evaluation analysis for each category. The categories come from The International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibtspi.org). IBTSPI created these five major categories in 2012 as a guideline for evaluating competencies in the field of Instructional Design.
